The institution in ODL offers undergraduate and graduate degrees: professional, general, or diploma. DEB has accredited the Bharathidasan University, which has 20 courses at undergraduate level and 19 courses at postgraduate level. Besides 10, there are three courses in a diploma program under the distance mode of education. Bharathidasan University Distance Education UG Admission 

Undergraduate admission is made available every year for BDU Distance Education under its arts, humanities, and business programmes, such as BBA and BA English. There is open application to the programmes after clearing a minimum (12th or equivalent) exam from a recognized state/central board. 

The entire amount of the BDU BBA course is Rs 90,800 for students of India. The amount for the degree for foreign students is Rs 1,20,800. On the other hand, the total amount for a BA with honors program is INR 45,800 for Indians and INR 75,800 for international students. The above BDU CDE UG fees can be paid yearly. 

Bharathidasan University Distance Education UG Courses & Eligibility 

BA: Applicants to BA may have achieved a 10 + 2 or a diploma with comparable points. University course admission is determined by prior performance. History is a popular major choice among students who are interested in both ancient and modern history. You have the option of finishing the BA program in three or six years. The following subjects are taught at the bachelor’s level at the university. 

BSc: If a candidate has successfully completed either a three-year diploma or the 10 + 2 test, they may apply for admission at the first level. 

B.Com: Students may apply for admission to the B.Com program after passing the 10+2 exam. Performance determines eligibility for admission to B.Com programs. 

BCA: Applicants must possess a 10 + 2 degree in a field that incorporates fundamental mathematics. Students are admitted to BCA courses based on performance. 

BBA: The three-year, six-semester Bachelor of Business Administration undergraduate degree program has this abbreviation. A semester is six months long. A 10+2 grade point average of 45 to 50 in any stream from an accredited educational board is the minimal qualification for admission to this undergraduate degree program.

Bharathidasan University Distance Education PG Courses & Eligibility 

MA: Those who already hold a bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply to Bharathidasan University’s 2-year MA program in the arts. Throughout the course of these two years, a candidate learns everything there is to know about society, culture, history, communication skills, managerial abilities, and more. 

MSc: The institution normally offers a two-year master’s program. University-educated candidates are also eligible to apply, with performance-based considerations guiding the choice. 

MBA: Candidates with a BBA degree may apply to MBA programs. The performance will be taken into account when selecting candidates for admission.

Eligibility Criteria 

Since a student’s percentage in the 12th grade determines admission to UG programs, candidates must have graduated from an approved university in their 10+2 class. 

Although BBA students have the option to graduate in any profession, completion of 10 and 10+2 is essential. 

Applicants for the distance PG program must have completed the 10+2 level of education and be alumni of any university with accreditation. 

There are no limitations on age at the door. Its MBA program is now ranked 10th nationwide. 

For consideration for admission to an MBA program, a student must have completed their undergraduate studies with a minimum grade of 50%. 

Exam results from the CET, CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT are used to determine admission. 

 

How to Apply for Bharathidasan University Distance Education? 

• 1.It is believed that Bharathidasan University would shortly begin accepting DDE admission applications. The process is as follows for applications for UG, PG, Professional, PG Diploma, Diploma, and Certificate. 

• 2.The students are required to fill out an application, which is accessible on the university website. 

• Applicants can find the application forms on the university’s website and submit them to CDE. 

• Online, at the Bharathidasan University branch of the National Bank of India, or by sending a demand draught for 500 INR to the Bharathidasan University in Tiruchirappalli.
